This project scope was to 3D laser scan and document the existing conditions of an existing water storage tank and pump station. The objective of the scan data is to locate existing plumbing infrastructure, locate new tank location, and coordinate new plumbing construction throughout several phases of construction.

This project scope was to create a full BIM Model & Construction Documents for a new build of a Best Western in Tempe Arizona. The objective of the model was to visualize and present design data from the design development stage through completion of construction, including coordination and clash detection of the model with the architectural and engineering teams.
